Shipping Fees

• Orders of 500 TL and above qualify for free shipping.

• A fixed shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.

 
Damaged or Missing Items
We kindly ask you to inspect your package upon delivery.
 
If you notice any damage, missing items, or defects, please request a report from the courier and contact us.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
 
International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within Türkiye.
We are working on expanding our services to international delivery.

Return Conditions

• You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Due to food safety regulations, opened or consumed products cannot be returned.

• If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us along with the courier report.

• Once approved, send the product via our contracted shipping partner.

• After the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

 
Exchanges
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement of the same product or offer a full refund, based on your preference.
